The seller made no communication with delayed shipping due to “drying the orchids before shopping”. Items were sent after a whole week (after I messaged the seller) and arrived 11 days after the order date. The items were wrapped carefully but all three orchids already bloomed or in late blooming stage. In this order, the description said SPIKES but the flowers were already past their peak. See photos.

Plant arrived a day late, packing was... very minimal. Couple sheets of newspaper and some fluff, box was mostly empty. Box had a huge hole in one side, like someone kicked it, but thankfully the orchid was taped down so it didn't fall out. Still disappointed with the packing, but the orchid arrived okay so it is what it is. Won't be purchasing from this seller again, as their policies are too restrictive and wasteful in my opinion. Happy with all the orchids I've received from them though. TY!
