The item come totally damaged and unusable. First, item came almost 2 weeks after I purchased. One standing leg was bent off and crack. One of the steel fence also really bent and deformed. I contacted seller, 3 days later the seller responded and offered partial refund for $20, which if only half of the price. Never had such a buying experience. Please stay away from this seller.

    Flipping for JBL Flips

    So excited to find these JBL Flips! I love that I can daisy chain them for full sound all around. And even better is the water proof feature. I teach water fitness and this has taken my class to the next level. Using them at home has been wonderful as well, to give me full, great sound no matter where I might be. So glad I purchased!

    Larger than life sound...

    This little speaker puts out an impressive range of sound, and has surprisingly decent base for such a small design. The party pairing mode works great if you or a friend has more than one speaker - you can really crank it up for a party. Battery time is good and true to specs (of course if you play at full volume it will need a recharge sooner). A true value for what you get. Happy listening!

    Good tech, great sound

    Great sound, and I have been able to connect my laptop and phone via bluetooth, though it took a little work, particularly on the laptop (not sure if it's a matter of time or of pairing/searching order). Because there is no 3.5mm port on this generation, I bought a bluetooth transmitter to plug into my old iPod video, and while I hear the "linked" noise from the speaker, music from my iPod will not play from it. However, I don't know if the speaker, transmitter, or iPod is to blame here. I chose the 5th generation because it charges with USB-C (faster) and reviews tell me the Bass is better. I wish I could just plug my iPod in, but otherwise this product delivers as promised!

    Awesomely impressed!

    Years ago I played in a rock band, so I know the quality of JBL speakers. When I first received these, I was disappointed at the size, but WOW!!’ They really deliver. I bought two and run them in party mode (both mono). I couldn’t be more pleased!!!
