The Filter arrived quicker than expected. It was exactly as described and appeared to be in perfect condition. However after installing, a manufacturing defect appeared. The tank outlet fitting was cracked. Attempted to contact Run DSC, but received no response. Seller claims to be an authorized dealer, but Pentair had never heard of them. Fortunately Pentair honored the warranty claim and sent a replacement part. Run DSC had a good price and fast shipping, but was no help with a defective item.
