Jacqui has devoted much of her life to studying the Yoga Sutras, and the prompts are numbered in the same chapter-and-verse fashion (1.1, 1.2, 1.3... etc). There is plenty of space to write your thoughts and insights along the way, and we invite you to move at your own pace, approaching each passage as a seasonal companion that you can visit and revisit as you need to.
