    NATURE MADE A GOOD BRAND

    I have purchased this brand on Fish Oil for the last year or so. It doesn't "come up on me." I don't really know if it's helping my health, but it isn't hurting seems like a very good product. I tend to trust Nature Made.

    Helps keep the cholesterol in check

    Using this product for a couple of years and with out prescription drugs have my cholesterol in check. You also have to watch what you eat. This goes without saying

    Medical benefits for cardiovascular patients?

    I don't know if this brand is any better than the others. Apparently this type of product aids the cardiovascular system and after having major surgery to clear and by-pass blocked arteries my doctor suggested adding fish oil to my ever increasing daily pill regimen. What the heck... They're cheap.

    Omega 3 fish oil is good for you;

    good price for valuable nutriant. I take it twice daily, antiinflamatory for the veins and also is a small blood thinner safer than Plavix which is dangerous. Do not take if you are on a blood thinner like Coumadin!
