Great Service and cooperation. I bought a pair of shoes but it did not fit well. I tried to return and found out it was non returnable which I did not pay attention when oredered. After contacting with Positovo sales person agreed to exchange with anything in their ebay positivo store. I picked something different and ordered it and sales person accept my return.
