After nearly a month in a U.S. Customs stopover in New York City, item was finally received in the mail on May 13th. Not a problem with the seller. Item was handled professionally at his end (in Japan). Would most definitely deal with the seller again; just be aware that if your item has to go through U.S. Customs, expect a rather long delay in receiving your package.
