Hot little fireplace.
This is what I expected. I couldn't afford one of the fancy ones with glowing embers etc. so got this basic one. And it's perfect for my needs-to cozy up on my couch and read. Warning: it puts out so much heat I often have to open the door to cool the room off. Also because I kept thermostat for other heat at 62, the pipes froze in that zone when exterior temp went down to 5. So be careful to not use ONLY the fireplace for heat if any of your heating pipes somewhere they get exposure. Mine went through an unheard outdoor storage room.
