The item was supposed to be a sign only delivery, instead the item was left on the sidewalk. I tried to return the product after finding a better priced one on eBay with free return policy and they would not except my return. I tried having them installed by a creditable company but they did not fit the vehicle. Stay away from this company they are selling products from Stanford FL but their listing address states NC. That company and multiple company’s I searched have 15-30 day return policy.

Here are the facts: Only one package was sent to you which does require signature as outlined in the product description and policy. You tried doing a return after it shipped stating you found a better price. The better price was for a completely different product from a different manufacturer. We declined your return as well as eBay. You shipped it back anyway to the manufacturer with damage. We do not allow returns for buyer remorse as stated in our policy and in our product description.
