Uses pictures of higher quality italian buzzetti product and sends out cheap generic Chinese made product apico I could of purchased for £17 in either rfx or jitse brand from other sellers. False misleading listing and no communication when messaged about it. Returned for refund and won't buy from again

A genuine mistake by us which was rectified as the buyer requested immediately. The buyer opened a return case requesting a refund which was immediately accepted and processed, postage paid for and payment refunded the moment it arrived back with us. It seems a genuine mistake is unforgiveable?
