No need to pay extra money for the "brand name" battery. These knock-off batteries seem to work well, take a full charge and are an exact fit for your Dewalt 20v power tools.

6AH Didn’t last as long as 5AH battery
In my Dewalt leaf blower test, my 4 year old (used monthly) Dewalt OEM 5AH lasted for 17.5 minutes. This supposedly 6AH battery lasted ONLY 16.5 minutes. You be the judge, is that extra minute of run time worth the extra price to buy OEM? (Maybe the run time difference would be more if we compared an OEM 6AH to this 6AH.) I would just as soon have a couple extra batteries. However, the longevity of this battery is untested (I’ll get back to you in four years and let you know how it holds up!) Overall, these batteries are probably a good value and will more than likely buy again. I gave it three stars because I don’t believe it performed as good as it should but the price was lower. UPDATE: the batteries seem to be holding a charge similar to what the OEM batteries do BUT, after using ... Good value for the price
While I don't truly believe these are the same power output or quality of the OEM batteries, and won't imply such is the case, they do power my Dewalt tools sufficiently to deserve a good review based on the fact they cost 1/4 a quarter of what the Dewlat batteries would.

Just as good as similar brand name models
You are getting the same longevity out of this battery as you would with equivalent brand names. I have two other 7.0AH Lithium batteries made by the same manufacturer and they are on year 2 without slowing down! Well done!
