Sorry to hear you have a little spot on battery. Which doesn't really affect anything and there is no need for such frustration over a little issue. Got a best price possible and way below market, still grumpy.... You do not have worry about buying from us in future. you are already blocked for life on all accounts. I would also recommend to other seller to block a guy, unless you want to hear such complains

Usually I would simply write a negative review for a seller whose product and service was as bad as this one's, but seeing that he wants to tell others to block me and not sell to me I will go the extra mile. He has sent me unlabeled batteries, the box from USPS had no labels for batteries either. He sent them across state lines. He most likely lied to the US postal service about the package content. My advice to him is run. I will be reporting him to USPS and the federal government.

    If you use the phone, and the internet at the same time, you need this!

    This product is a lifesaver (or shoulder-saver) if you need to spend lots of time on the phone and you need to use your hands for typing and such. You need to be careful in placing the phone lifter just-so to enable the phone pick-up action. The pick-up switch n the headset is great, as is the select-able feature to have the phone pick up when you remove the headset from its charging cradle.

    Good Quality and Works with the Phone

    Love my Plantronics CS50 Headset

    I have been using this headset for YEARS and love it. I ordered this one for my SPEAKER PHONE manager, who also loves it, and now I can get peace and quiet once agaon.Using with a MITEL IP phone, lifter works great, headband works fine, and all seems to be in good working order for a great used product.

    Great comfortable headset with long range

    Having to attend phone calls for hours, I've been using Plantronics-cs50/55 USB headset for several years and it's been great: I wear it in headband configuration and it's comfortable. Several times I walked out of office with it having forgotten I had it on. Great range and very useful - mute button right on the headset.
