Seller had "make offer" option and would not take any less than what listed price was. Looked at sellers feedback and saw where seller replies to similar feedback, and that they have "make offer" for people to contact them if they think the item is over prices vs other listings. That's what the "contact seller" option is for. Wasted time waiting on response to "make offer," only to pay listed price. I was able to purchase the exact same fuses the same day for $40 cheaper from another seller.
