I sent sell this: I'm thankful I was able to use parts from my unit . First,your mounting/housing unit has one mounting bolt broken off in it? Second, powercord was burned & has exposed wires would not work? I used my lead wire. Third, the ignition leads where two prongs with out clip to lock in didn't work? I expected a better for $399. I think I'm due at least $100.00. He said i should contact him first before installing, I sent his ad showed NO RETURNS & NO REFUNDS. Unit was never checked ?

What ACTUALLY happened- buyer FIRST contacted me days after he "repaired" the battery cable and "missing" clip. He explicitly stated he was going to leave negative feedback if I did not refund him $100 within 24 hours. Despite his rude message, I responded explaining if he had contacted me first I could have swapped out the boxes for a cost of no more than 25, and because of that I could only offer 50. He sent a series of rude replies after which eBay advised I report him and leave the convo

Sorry to see that. These do get thoroughly inspected, so I would bet that is the result of a drop or mishandling in transit to your international location. That said, this is the first we are hearing about it, as you never messaged us and are yet to respond to our message. I say this a lot, but we cannot fix a problem we are not aware of. Those who leave feedback first seem to be uninterested in a) having their problem resolved by the seller b) giving the seller the benefit of the doubt
