Package came early but damaged. I messaged them about it. Ella responded fast to the message and said they would ship a replacement ASAP. The tracking number was wrong for the replacement (a number was left off by accident). The owner, Yen, reached out and solved the problem. Both Yen and Ella were awesome! Replacement was perfect! Even with the long Labor Day weekend I had the replacement a week after the original. Fantastic customer service! Highly recommended. Would buy from them again! A+++!
