Item is described as open box new. This is not correct. The item is printed with a stamp that says “Refurb-W”. So unless that’s a random branding move from plantronics, this one is refurbished. I haven’t looked at all 5 of them, but 1 being refurbished alone is enough to call this “new” incorrect.
