Very well packed and promptly despatched.The pole seems rigid enough and the adjustable head makes things easier. I have to use it fully extended and it is a bit of a struggle moving blinds - because you have to simultaneously push inwards to release the blind and down/up to move it (perfect opening and closing the velux). That said, I think this is about as good as you are going to get for opening/closing velux blinds that are so far out of reach (about 13 feet).
