Buyer refuses to make this right.After contacting them several times with no response then finally here is what i get.We will reissue a new primer bulb for you as compensation, and the resend will ship from our Chinese warehouse, it will take 8-12 days.I then responded no i need it like yesterday.i have contacted them several times since then with no response back.Also it was shipped out late as well.Sending something like this in a small barely padded envelope to begin with

I received item in record time and installed last night.
Dogs filed very easy, indicating soft metal, as outer dog did not align with bolt holes and had to have throat filed about an 1/8” to move dog bolting holes into alignment with cover- should be ugly once it starts rusting! Would not recommend these dogs if they don’t just bolt up! Positive review was only option!
