Although represented and packaged as new, this copier drum was in good condition but not new. Contacted seller, responded that this is how they received it and offered a small partial refund, as I did not want to have to have the drum removed and replaced again and ship it back. Original price very fair, seller responsive, so I would definitely do business with them again.
