Paid waited a month asked for refund seller sent another Instead after a month and refund money so got messed up .package showed paid a month later eBay has no safe way of paying back seller and seller was not honest.

Tracked item was delayed in post in USA, despite this I gave a full refund without question after seller refused to wait for delivery and also declined a replacement identical photo. Buyer was asked to arrange repayment to me after receiving photo but wouldn't without an ebay invoice which isn't an option.
