Was sent the wrong item, and after it was delivered, i was only given the option of a refund, not a return/exchange, despite the fact that the seller has continued to sell the correct item at a new, much higher, price. Also the refund i received was only 65% of the original purchase price, with no justification. After attempting to contact them on multiple occasions for the remainder, i was repeatedly ignored and can now no longer make any further claim through ebay. They have stolen my money.

Trays were shipped upside down.
We washed and used the unit AS it was shipped to us. The trays were upside down, it was almost impossible to get the trays to line up and stay lined up. After doing some investigation we flipped the trays and it works well. The employees responsible for packing and the quality inspection control at the manufacturing plant is lacking.

Great dehydrator.
Love several things about this dehydrator. The heating unit is on top, making any drips and crumbs easy to clean off the bottom. Lots of heat options in 15 minute increments. Also a timer, allowing the machine to shut off even if I’m not around or asleep in the middle of the night. The only thing I don’t like so far is that it’s been impossible to find additional trays for this specific model, so 4 trays will have to suffice. Since it arrived a week ago, I’ve dehydrated tomatoes, apples, bananas, grapes, bread for bread crumbs, chickpeas for snacks, and rhubarb, cantaloupe and commercial applesauce for fruit leathers.
