item arrived in far less than desirable condition, and I was heartbroken. Not a pretty sight despite the fact the ad said "excellent condition";. I wrote to the seller and he immediately responded with refund and apology. He had not meant to write it was in excellent condition.
Mistakes are always going to occur, but this seller was mindful of the mistake and corrected it for me. I appreciate that kind of honesty.
