After a couple of months of use, one of the clips holding the R2 trigger became loose, causing R2 to activate after letting go of the trigger.

STAY AWAY!! This shell is not good whatsoever. The sizing is off to the point where I was cutting and melting pieces of the plastic off to make the motherboard fit. The UMD door doesn't even close. I'm just unsatisfied with everything, the only good thing about this experience was that the shipping was fast. But at what cost if the product is doo doo. Waste of money and bigger waste of time.

To add more context, this buyer made a purchase, threatened negative feedback if we didn't offer a refund before the item even arrived to them (It was still in shipment). We always welcome returns and apologize if quality isn't up to par, we are not perfect, but it appears they were attempting to extort our shop for a free item instead.
