Great helmet but assembly directions need work
Worked for an hour trying to figure out the instruction drawings. Finally gave up on the plastic visor. It's not a necessary piece but it would have been great to have some written description of the assembly procedures especially since the multiple language legal responsibilities booklet was 1/4" thick. The photos on the box were the best help and would have been perfect if the packing tape did not cover so much of the photos. Tearing off the tape destroyed the photos. I love my husqvarna equipment I love my chainsaws I was needing another hard hat so I wanted this one cause it was a husqvarna brand got it it fits really well but the eat muffs keep poping off the hat both sides and not only mine my sons does also. So that's trouble when I use them to make my living but I got to go to another brand on this

Husqvarna hard hat
This is a definite must have for a tree cutter. But I also use it for weed eating. With 3 acres of property to take care of I am in constant need of eye and hearing protection. This hard hat is very comfortable and functions well. The ear muffs block out all the loud noise and the face screen blocks out the big particles and doesn't fog up like a plastic face shield. You should however wear safety glasses to keep the small stuff from getting in your eyes. I am 59 years of age and already suffer from tinnitus. This equipment will definitely keep it from getting worse.This is a definite must have for a tree cutter. But I also use it for weed eating. I am no professional arborist, definitely a weekend warrior at best. That said, I have a lot of experience using PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and one of the biggest issue is it being fit for purpose. For people to use it it has to be comfortable not overly heavy and not get in the road of the task at hand. On this level the team at Husqvarna have got it just right. The helmet is lightweight made of quality materials and stays put on the head while I'm working. The only upgrade I might look at is a ratchet adjustable helmet suspension system.
