Boost VHC for weight gain
This has been a great benefit for my 92 yr old father who has trouble with dementia. He has gotten to the point were he does very little walking or exercise so his appetite has gotten much lower. Consequently he is losing weight and each time he sees his Dr he is down a pound or two. I got my mom to add this to his breakfast and since then he has been maintaining his wt better. She pours it over his bowl of cereal in place of milk and he never had any issue with the switch. Since he (like many dementia patients) doesn't want to drink much, this was a good way to get him to consume a box a day, giving him a 500 calorie increase daily. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone having issues with maintaining their weight, as long as they are not diabetic. Be creative about using it ... Really Tasty Calories for weight gain.

After I reached my goal and lost 25 lbs with an aggressive low calorie weight loss plan I needed to switch up my calorie intake from weight low as calories to weight maintain calories. In other words I needed to find a healthy way to increase my calories in order not to lose any more weight.
