Poster arrived damaged in four places, Seller told me it’s eBay’s problem not his. You want to pay for a damaged poster then yeah pick this seller…he couldn’t care less.

It's always sad when a package is damaged during transit. Nobody likes it, but it happens. For international packages like this one, eBay handles the payment processing & shipping logistics as well as any and all issues or disputes. I informed the buyer of this, and he HAS opened an insurance claim, so the refund process is in motion, and eBay should take care of it soon.
