Made a purchase from habitatve (29) of a Gramophone with record. When I received the package it was not packed at all except for a 1/2 inch foam on the bottom and basically my Item was just thrown into an empty box. The record was shattered, The side of the phonograph was cracked, the brass horn holder was bent. Emailed seller. Seller still has not gotten back to me. I asked for a partial refund of $25.00 to fix the damage he caused by not packing. Seller refuses to answer. BE CAREFUL.
