When I received the battery (purchased 4AH version) I measured the capacity and found it was only 1283 mAh (at 1.5A discharge rate). Normal use in leaf blower reaches 8 amps so the test load was not excessive. Upon notifying the seller I got an immediate reply offering to resolve the issue. I am satisfied with the sellers response and service. I have included photo of battery received compared to 1.5AH B&D OEM battery.

Took 1 week to arrive. Was a white battery not the one pictured. RHY 25Rs cells inside had CASE damage that could cause a short. Not only was it not 7.0 amp. It measured on my meter at 2.4 amp with a 3 watt work light load. The last white one I got did 2.8 and only one case was damaged. This one had 2 damaged cells and did even less. These RHY cells are decent if they are not damaged. Awful seller.
