Seller went above and beyond, packaging CPU for safe transit. I've seen some people just throw them in a letter envelope and hope for the best but this one came sandwiched in a custom carrier made from scrap cardboard and was protected by 3 layers of bubble wrap.

Communication, timeliness and addressing of issue was prompt and to my satisfaction. By mistake, the seller had sent a similar looking adapter with different power and connector size specs. Upon reaching back to the seller, he provided me with the steps so that a replacement adapter can be sent to me, which he promptly did. The replacement adapter was the correct one as per spec and also in very good condition. Awaiting return label from seller so I can return the earlier incorrect adapter.
