SCAM ALERT. I paid for an item not received. What I got was a completely empty shipping bag. Seller asked me to open a case with ebay. Did that. ebay said they wouldn't issue the refund. Then the seller refused to issue the refund. Let's give them the benefit of the doubt and say someone opened the shipping bag, stole my item, repacked it & shipped it on to me. We're talking about a $17 refund here. Wouldn't you just issue the refund at that point? I would. THAT is why this smells fishy.
