Item arrived completely covered in paint defects needing to be sanded and repainted. Terribly poor quality. Seller offered a small refund instead of accepting it as a return and yet, despite several reminders from me, has not issued any refund. Very disappointing across the board. Bad product and not doing anything to make it right. See attached photo (it's supposed to be solid black). Don't waste your time.
