I purchased a bag of cotton loom loops. In the beginning the seller contacted me twice thanking me for the purchase. Told me if I needed anything contact them. I received the cotton loops and most all of them in the bag were defective. They were frayed and very thin. I went ahead and made a pot holder. As you can see in the pictures it does not look good. I have contacted the seller numerous times. I have not received any contact! All I wanted was replacement loops.
I wish they had responded.
