Seller Notes: “All are in very good/good condition : The Roster of members (with Ever-Honored, Life Members and ... “All are in very good/good condition : The Roster of members (with Ever-Honored, Life Members and MIA lists) is excellent; The Crosshairs issue (40 pp., 10" x 8", June 1989) has obits and stories of recently deceased members of the 38th Bomb Group and of WW2 bombing raids. The inside paper has yellowed (but is not brittle.). The last pages have some staining that does not interfere with reading. The Superfortress softback book (1980, 81 pages) by Steve Birdsall, is an 8.5" x 11" book of short commentaries about the development of the B-29 in WW2 action. It has many photographs of the B-29 bomber in WW2. These photos include a discussion of the artworks (often of scantily clad young women) that was painted on the sides of the front of the plane. The book is in very good/excellent condition 'save that the spine has dried out and is breaking, allowing the attached pages to separate from the book. Those pages that have separated have been saved and are included in this offering”
