This item was advertised as new. When package arrived the cologne bottle had leaked all over the packaging. The cap of the bottle was loose. Tried to reach out to sellers but never got a response.

The item was new. I've sold over 15 already (all from the same box) without complaint. I reached back out to you (the following day) asking if you would like me to ship you a new one (on my expense) but never got a response. I cannot control shipping unfortunately, sometimes no matter how nicely you package something there can still be issues. However, I absolutely was trying to fix the issue.
