Misadvertised as new; literally listed as “BRAND NEW” in listing description too. Item is clearly used not New. It arrived in a very tattered retail box poorly taped and unsealed from weather (water/snow) elements during a Blizzard so that can’t be good. Booklet is missing, very dusty having been sitting around opened from sealed package, still had one motherboard mount screw attached and a random screw in the box. Ad pictures do not match item for box or contents, but dust is present.
