    Smokin'! A true BBQ cookbook for Country Folks

    If you have read all my reviews then you already know I'm a big fan of Iowa's Cousin Rick Black. My family bought me 2 books for Christmas, The Deer Burger Cookbook and Grilling' Like A Villain. And now I have wrote 2 very good reviews! This book starts with wet and dry rubs, sauces, and then is chucked full of outstanding easy and fun to follow BBQ and Grilling recipes. Cousin Rick covers it all and every type from Gas to Coals. This ain't no stuffy city cookbook... This book was made for Country folks like you and me!
