Item NOT as described; as "like new - viewed once" in your listing but certainly played more than once judging by its cosmetic condition, which was very poor/dusty and completely unplayable. Seller made aware upfront, but offered no help, just expected me to wait for my refund until potentially Christmas? AVOID.
