Seller was slow to ship, then packaged the item so poorly that FedEx couldn't deliver it. Upon requesting a refund or explanation, the seller was dishonest and then unresponsive. All while this remains unresolved, the seller has relisted the exact same, one-of item for a higher purchase price.
Ebay has been wholly unhelpful in dealing with what it clearly a suspicious transaction.

Item was shipped within 3 days. Fedex had a issue and did not report to us. We responded to all replies with no response from the buyer. Now he makes accusations that are not at all true. We have a store with large amounts of product, and yes some are multiples of the same item.
