This dealer is unethical. They put incorrect information on their listing and consequently sent me a smaller size than I ordered/needed. He knows he is wrong and that they made a mistake but won’t take the wrong product back. He said I can ship it back and pay a restocking fee. No way. It wasn’t my error. I don’t know how people like this can sleep at night. He’s a scam artist and he knows it.

Buyer ordered the Sleepypod Mini which clearly stated the size on the listing. There is only the regular and the mini size Sleepypods. I tried to help her understand that her order was fulfilled correctly. Calling me unethical is unfortunately the wrong assessment and was made out of her frustration and anger.
