One for the Collection
I personally bought this movie just to have it as part of my Twilight collection. It was an interesting watch. It was more focused on Twilight and what you can do and see there, than the town itself before Twilight happened. It was a good watch for me, because I personally want to see Forks at some point in my life. But it wasn't the best quality. If you are a Twilight fan than you will enjoy watching this, maybe only a couple of times, but it is worth a see. Though I'm not sure that I would have bought this at retail price. To me it seems like a $10 movie at the most. That's just my opinion though.I personally bought this movie just to have it as part of my Twilight collection. It was an interesting watch. One would then assume that watching this 84-minute "documentary" would offer the viewer a good feel for Forks, its people, and its history. Not quite. Rather than an interesting look into how this flailing logging town was pulled out of the ruins by sparkling skin and furry hides, it's a marketing piece for Forks, choosing to relay what we already know about Meyer fandom, the fans who have descended upon Forks, a handful of residents who love the series, and what's in store if you head there yourself.As the DVD cover says, it's the saga of the real town -- "the people and places of Forks and La Push." Twilight in Forks DVD worth buying very cheap
The Twilight in Forks DVD was not a good buy. I was very disappointed with the quality and content of the DVD. If you can purchase this DVD cheap it is worth watching once however, I would not recommend buying at retail price. The quality of the DVD reminded me of a High School documentary project. The interviews seemed choppy and not as informative as I had hoped. I did however enjoy seeing the real sights of Forks and have been inspired to visit there sometime.The Twilight in Forks DVD was not a good buy. I was very disappointed with the quality and content of the DVD. If you can purchase this DVD cheap it is worth watching once however, I would not recommend buying at retail price.
