Very prompt delivery. Package arrived last Sunday in excellent condition. I bought my 2 small bags of potato and put them in the potato keeper. I had no idea it was ceramic. It is beautiful. With apologies to the Seller, I’m updating my original negative review, which pertained only to FedEx s failure to follow delivery instructions. Seller responded to my review, sincerely apologized for the shipping mishap, and offered a full refund, which I did not accept because I am totally delighted with this Wok! When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality was even better than expected. I ve already cooked a couple delicious stir-fry meals. 5 stars for the Wok and Seller!
