First and foremost all I can say these are very nice rims especially for the price and quality you receive. Now let’s get to the ugly side of this company. Customer service was beyond unprofessional pure ignorance with a cocky attitude toward a paid customer. They sent the wrong spacers for my rims to fit my bike. They talked to me as if I was stupid and blamed me for the mistake they made. After 3 different shipments I finally received the right spacers. Great rims poor customer service!!!!!!!

We have confirmed and reissued multiple times on your behalf, and the pictures you sent clearly include all the required spacers. You still insist that you did not receive them, and we have reissued them for you. The transportation cost also needs to be borne by ourselves. We hope you can understand！！！
